RTR (the website) was created to further support: Refuse to Regain:12 Tough Rules to Maintain the Body You've Earned, the book I wrote in 2008. This book sums up what I've learned so far in over 20 years of practice as an obesity specialist including my strong advocacy for a variant of Primal Diet for weight loss and maintenance.
