Darlene Paluf, RDLD, is a registered dietician who has specialized solely in weight management for over 20 years. She has a degree in medical dietetics from Ohio State University and has worked both in the hospital setting and in private practice. She was head dietician of the Mt. Sinai Weight Management Program in Cleveland, and is now in partnernship with Dr. Berkeley. In addition to an active clinical practice, Darlene is currently involved in a research project on the use of investigational medications in the treatment of weight loss and maintenance.

Mira Ilic, MS, RD, LD is a dietician with more than 20 years of experience. She has spent many years working with weight loss and maintenance patients, including 8 years as a dietician working in conjunction with Optifast programs in Cleveland, Ohio. Mira currently works in Dr. Berkeley's practice, Weight Management Partners, where she is a valued team member.
In addition, Mira has been a dietician for the Cleveland Clinic for 8 years. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University. Her particular areas of interest and expertise include weight management, wellness and prevention, diabetes and lipid management.

Julie Lipowski, R.D. has been a dietician in private practice since 2003. Most recently, she has joined the staff of Dr. Berkeley's practice where she counsels both weight loss and weight maintenance patients.
She received her BS in nutrition with a minor in psychology from Youngstown State University. In addition to weight counseling, her specialties include sports nutrition and eating disorder counseling. She believes that reaching and maintaining a healthy weight is the key to self-confidence, reduced risk of disease and an optimal quality of life.

Linda Koenig, is a skilled weight loss and maintenance coach who has lost over 60 pounds and is in the process of maintaining. She provides support via individual sessions for adults who are committed to losing and maintaining weight.
Linda says, "The issues that people face as they go through this life-altering journey can be challenging and profoundly painful. You do not have to navigate this process alone. My approach is to develop a partnership with you to help you with self-discovery and self-assessment of the dynamics in your life that may be resistant to your weight loss."
Linda provides group and individual counseling for patients in Dr. Berkeley's practice. She describes her experience as follows: "I have taken my skills as an organizational effectiveness and human resources consultant and have applied them to weight loss and maintenance management. As an OE & HR consultant, I was the human resources director in a public organization with over 1,000 employees and 7 unions for 13 years prior to starting my consulting practice."
Linda holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from Ohio University and attended Kent State University for postgraduate work. She studied Organizational Development at the National Training Laboratories Institute and has trained extensively in postgraduate clinical programs from the internationally known Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. Linda has conducted training programs that have included: managing conflict, team building, accessing motivating/energizing/relaxation energies, Myers-Briggs testing, communication skill building, and civility training. She is also a certified mediator as well as a certified trainer of Investment in Excellence and the Emotional Intelligence Inventory."
